Warehousing facilities in Kaluga Region

There are no major warehousing facilities in Kaluga Region at the present time. Construction of logistic centres is under way within some investment projects in Vorsino techno-park (practically boarding with Moscow Region). At the same time, the current initiatives of the Region’s authorities give grounds to suppose that, within the intermediate prospective, two major logistic centres with container terminals are very likely to be erected. The most probable locations for such centres are Obninsk and Rosva techno-park.

At present the Region’s authorities have entered into a number of agreements in this respect, including agreements with the leading Russian cargo operator JSC Transcontainer and Gefco, a French logistic company.

What concerns the smaller manufacturing plants, the situation regarding available warehousing/ storage facilities is more preferable. You are welcome to look through our catalogue or ready proposals.
